1. Pick a ring that fits your size. Any ring you have at home that suits you!
2. Measure the diameter of the inside of your ring.
3. Compare it with our size measurements in the following table.

Cut a strip of paper (about 1cm wide is fine) and surround your finger with it, as if it were a ring. Mark the perimeter of your finger and now spread the strip of paper over a ruler.
