SERVICE AND ORDER FULFILLMENT
We have made every effort to display the appearance and color of the items as accurately as possible. However, the color of the items may vary depending on the quality of your computer screen. Therefore, MURONA cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor are accurate.
Discounts, offers, promotions, and gifts included in orders are subject to the established conditions and availability. In the event of a programming error or technological failure, the conditions of the promotional offer and the conditions established in writing will prevail. Technological errors notwithstanding.
By placing an order through murona.com, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
To place an order, the user's personal information will be required. This information will be added to our database to process the order and facilitate future purchases through the website. The personal information provided by the user must be accurate to avoid incidents in the delivery of the purchased items. This information will be processed as indicated in our Privacy Policy and will be accessible to the user at all times.
Once the items they wish to purchase have been selected and the order processed, the user will be presented with an order summary with the total purchase price, itemized by each item (tax and shipping costs), and the order's shipping information. Purchases can be paid for by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, and Mastercard) or cash on delivery. For credit or debit card payments, once the information provided by the user has been verified as correct, the charge will be made in real time through the corresponding financial institution's payment gateway.
Cash on delivery payments have an additional cost of €3 per purchase, which will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Once the transaction is confirmed, the order number will be communicated through the website so the user can track it at all times.

Failure to receive this message may be due to a typo in the email address provided or a temporary communication problem on the network. If, at the time of placing the order, MURONA detects that an item is out of stock in our warehouse, the customer will be notified immediately. In this case, the amount charged for the item not shipped will be refunded to the customer in the following days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
DELIVERIES AND SHIPMENTS
All orders are processed within 24 business hours of receipt. No shipments are made on weekends, holidays, or long weekends.
Orders shipped to mainland Spain are processed through Correos Express and delivered within approximately 24-48 business hours. Standard home delivery within mainland Spain costs €3.95, while orders over €30 will have no shipping cost.
The delivery times indicated are estimated and may be affected by exceptional circumstances, such as a high volume of orders (for example, during sales or special promotions) or incidents with the shipping company. In any case, we always work to ensure that orders arrive as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the items purchased and the payment and shipping method chosen. The exact shipping cost will be displayed on the purchase summary page, prior to confirming the order by clicking "Confirm Payment."
To avoid delivery issues, it is essential to complete our form correctly, filling out all required fields with the verified information.
Shipping costs may change at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be applicable as of the date the modification is included in the contract and the help pages published on this website. In all cases, the shipping costs shown at the time the order is placed will be valid.
