EXCHANGES & RETURNS
In what cases can I make an exchange?
MURONA accepts several reasons why you can exchange or return an item:
- It is not my size and I would like to change sizes
- It doesn’t fit me
- It looks different to the image on site
- I received a faulty item
Exchanges and returns will be accepted within a period of 15 calendar days after you receive your order.
It is essential that the items that you want to exchange must are sent to us in perfect condition and without signs of use. Include the original box in which you received your items, as well as the documentation, gifts and wrappers that you received with your order, otherwise we will not be able to enable the exchange or return.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified and canceled manually through the order history of 'My account'. If this option is disabled, it means the order has already been prepared and dispatched.
Unfortunately we can not modify an order once it has been shipped. This includes changing the size or color of an item, removing or adding an item and changing the shipping address.
How soon will I get my order?
MURONA will ship your order in less than 24 hours after your receive confirmation of the order completion. The delivery time, from the moment of the expedition, is up to 24h in Spain (Mainland) and up to 48h for the Balearic and Canary Islands.
Orders shipped to European Union Countries have expected delivery times ranging from 24 to 48 working hours from the moment of the expedition.
Orders shipped to Non-European Union Countries, depending on the destination, can be expected to be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
How can I track my order?
In order to offer you a complete control of your orders at all times, we send you an email confirming the shipping of your order, and providing a link that enables you to track your package live.
Can I send the order to another person?
You may choose the delivery address for all your purchases online. We always send our jewelry in a very special package, which has the perfect presentation to be used as a gift. Let us know that your order is a gift in the buying process and attach a personalized message to it!
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We apologize if, exceptionally, you have received a product in bad condition.

How do international orders work?
We ship worldwide. MURONA in no case will be responsible for the payment of custom fees or taxes that the international shipments may be subjected to.
How can I be sure that I have made the purchase correctly?
Once the order is placed, we always send an email to confirm that the purchase was successful. If you do not receive it, notify us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship worldwide?
Of course! MURONA ships wordwide. Bear in mind that MURONA in no case will be responsible for the payment of custom fees or taxes that the international shipments may be subjected to.
How do I use my Coupon Code?
You will be able to introduce your Coupon Code at the Checkout of your order. Enter the code as it appears, in the “Coupon Code" field and then select "Apply Code". Remember that promotional codes are not cumulative and most of them have expiration dates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer you different payment methods: you may do it through Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express…) and COD (this option is only available in Spain).
We use a payment Gateway from the Spanish bank “La Caixa” to make sure your data is safe.
In order to ensure maximum security on all your transactions, all card holders are subject to validation and authorization to maintain security and prevent fraud.

Of course! We love helping you surprise your loved ones and that's why we offer you the option of attaching a personalized message to your order. You will be able to indicate it’s a personalized gift in the checkout process.
