Is it possible to make exchanges or return items?

Exchanges are only available for orders shipped to Spain (Mainland). For international or other orders you will have to carry out a return and place a new order to get your new selection of items.

Exchanges and Returns will be accepted within a period of 15 calendar days after you receive your order.

In which cases can I exchange or return an ítem?

- It is not my size and I would like to change it

- I am having second thoughts, and I prefer another color

- It is not as I expected and I would like to exchange it for another item

- I received a faulty item

You must send us the items you want to exchange or return unused and in perfect condition, otherwise we will not be able to accept them. Include the original box, wrappers and documentation in which you received your items.

Note that it is your responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to make your items get to MURONA in perfect condition, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange or return as requested.

How do I exchange something?

Exchange process for orders shipped to Spain (Mainland):

1. Send us an email to contact@murona.com indicating:

            - Your Order Number

            - Your Name

            - The items you would like to exchange (Name, color and size)

            - The reason for wanting to change your item:

                  a. It is not my size and I would like to change it

                  b. I am having second thoughts, and I prefer another color

                  c. It is not as I expected and I would like to exchange it for another item

                  d. I received a faulty item

If you received a faulty item, please attach a picture that clearly shows the problem.

2. Once we receive the exchange request and it is approved by our Customer Service Team, we will inform you on how to proceed, which will be done as soon as possible.

3. Send us the items you want to exchange unused and in perfect condition, otherwise we will not be able to accept them. Include the original box, wrappers and documentation in which you received your items. Note that it is your responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to make your items get to MURONA in perfect condition.

You must send us the items you wish to exchange or return, using a certified postal service.

Exchanges in Spain (Mainland) have a cost of 5,95€ exclusively dedicated to cover the transportation costs given by the shipping and collection of the products you want to exchange. Our Customer Service Team will inform you about the procedure to pay this amount, before making the exchange.

Return process:

4. Once we receive the package and we verify that it is in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that the return has been successful.

5. We will proceed to refund you by the same means you made the purchase: a refund on your Paypal account or your credit card. After receiving our confirmation, the funds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank/card issuer.

You will be refunded with the items’ price, excluding the shipping costs of your order.

MURONA will not be responsible for any damage that the package has suffered during the shipment, and it will be responsibility of the customer to ensure that the package is delivered to our facilities in perfect conditions, in order to be able to complete the return.

Which is the period to make an exchange or a return?

Exchanges and returns may be requested within a period of 15 calendar days after the order is delivered.

Remember that the items you want to exchange or return must be in perfect condition and unused.

For returns, the shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense. You must send us the items you want to return, using a certified postal service, to the address that we will provide you.

What should I do if I receive an item different from the one requested?

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item you have not ordered, please contact us by sending an email to contact@murona.com, and we will manage the exchange as soon as possible.

The item must not be used and must be sent back with its original packaging. The shipping costs of this exchange will be at MURONA’s expense.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

In case of receiving a product in poor condition, we apologize! Contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours after receiving your order, sending an email to contact@murona.com and attach a photo that clearly shows the problem.

We will pick up the product in poor condition (shipping costs will be at our expense) and as soon as we get it and verify that the product was defective, an exchange or refund will be offered to the affected customer.
