EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We say it loud and clear: Yes, we accept returns!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it. We also accept exchanges in Spain (Mainland).

What do you have to do?

RETURNS

Send us an email to contact@murona.com indicating your full name and your order reference, indicating that you want to make a return. You just have to send us the items you want to return well wrapped and protected to our warehouse. We will send you the address through email.

The return costs will be borne by you and as soon as we receive your package we will make the refund using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Send us the items you want to return unused and in perfect condition, otherwise we will not be able to accept them. Include the original box, wrappers and documentation in which you received your items. Note that it is your responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to make your items get to MURONA in perfect condition. MURONA reserves the right to refuse exchanges and returns of used items or items in poor condition and without the original packaging.

Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned in any case.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges from outside Spain (Mainland). We can process a return and you can place a new order. The process for returns is the same in all cases, see the previous section!

In you wish to make an exchange in Spain (Mainland) you just have to send us an email to contact@murona.com indicating your full name and the reference of your order and we will contact you to send a courier to pick up the items you want to exchange.

This service has a cost of €6 exclusively dedicated to covering transport costs. Note that it is your responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to make your items get to MURONA in perfect condition, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange as requested.

As soon as we receive the package and verify that all the items are in perfect condition, we will send you the new jewels. We have express shippin in 24 hours so don't worry, because it will be fast!
